GLAMOUR IN DC RANCH
A bathroom you never want to leave, a kitchen that begs for you to cook in it and a game room that knocks it out of the park, take a look at this recently completed remodel in DC Ranch. We supervised, designed and built many aspects of this home remodel.

OPENING UP AT FIRESIDE NORTERRA
With a wife as an Interior Designer, as soon as our clients closed on this home they started putting together plans to update their new vacation home. Together we helped to build them a dream retreat in the Arizona Desert. In this home we installed all new flooring, remodeled the bathrooms, painted, gave them a brand new kitchen and opened up their home. Taking down one wall made a huge impact on their space, opening it up, adding more nature light and more use of the total space.

ADDITION IN MCDOWELL MOUNTAIN RANCH
Our clients wanted to build an entertainment room that would reflect a modern motif yet incorporate the beauty of outdoor surroundings. In order to create their addition, part of the existing kitchen had to be demolished and patio space was enclosed. Interior design staff collaborated to construct many custom features like a tiered ceiling, entertainment center and wet bar area with garage door.

When our clients purchased their Cavecreek hillside home they fell in love with the Southwestern charm of the property,
but wanted to give it a refresh and some much needed upgrades. While staying respectful to the character of the Southwest, we were able to modernize and bring new life and appeal to their gorgeous home. The spectacular new kitchen is clearly the star of this renovation along with updates to the bathrooms, master bedroom and living room. You won't want to miss the before and after photos.
